August 2010 - Stroke Technique and Conditioning Clinic
The Columbus North Branch of the Y is offering a stroke technique and conditioning session prior to the teams in water season begins.
Pre-Registration is required. This clinic will be held:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday August 17 - August 27
5pm - 6pm for 10 and unders and 6pm - 7pm for 11 and overs

The cost for Metro (Full) Members: $5 per day or $25 for all 6
The cost for Program Members: $7 per day or $25 for all 6
August 17 - Freestyle
August 18 - Backstroke
August 20 - Breast Stroke
August 24 - Butterfly
August 25 - Starts and Turns
August 27 - IM's
